postal design

We are more than happy to travel anywhere to provide both our personal design and construction services. We recognise that there may be occasions where our personal design service will be impractical. In any event most people would prefer to achieve the desired result without too much erosion of their own personal time

With technological advances however, there are so many easy ways to supply us with ‘sight’ of what we would otherwise gather personally at our initial site visit that we can produce an original and professional design for your project which is very much tailored to meet your needs and desires in the same way as our personal design service. Because we are established landscape contractors we are able at a distance, nationally and internationally, to bring to the design process the practical expertise which only comes from the 'hands on' experience of installation. With the postal design package you still retain the flexibility of engaging our construction services of employing a contractor of your choice or self building with or without the assistance of our construction detailing schedule.

step 1
We will either send you by e-mail or post a project questionnaire for completion together with instructions to assist in the measurement of the project area.

step 2
You will complete the project questionnaire, take the
measurements of the project area and the photographs required and draw the plan.

step 3
You will send to us the completed order form, fee cheque, the project questionnaire, your photographs and the completed plan with dimensions. (You can send the photographs, plan and project questionnaire to us either postally or via your computer.)

step 4
Within 28 days we shall forward to you the master plan
showing the outline of the garden, the hard and soft landscaping to be used with photographic illustrations and any special features to be included such as lighting ,water features, garden ornamentation etc. We shall also forward the planting plan and/or construction detailing schedule depending upon the service ordered. (Either of these additional services can also be ordered separately at a later date as required).
